Unlike passive syndicators who subcontract all construction oversight, Urban Luxury Development LLC — the firm's affiliated general contractor — operates with a hands-on model. Scope, budget, architectural finishes, and municipal inspections are tightly controlled by the sponsor from acquisition through final resale.
